As the owner of Bespoke Home Care, the saddest thing I have heard is when a member of staff said to me ' I'm just a carer'.  The work that you do is life changing to many people, you are hospital avoidance, family, friend, companion for many clients whose day you light up with your presence as you maintain their dignity, their right to choose.  

 You may not have ever worked in care before, but you know if you are a kind, considerate, reliable person.

 The carers of this world do not receive the recognition you deserve.  At Bespoke Home Care we want to change that, make you part of a company that does recognise you and the work that you do.  We can constantly read about the struggles with funding in care however your vocation is not about the financial rewards (although that would be nice) but the priceless feeling you get when you make someone smile or they say a simple thank you.

To start this change there are many definitions of the term ‘Carer’ which I don’t feel recognises the work you do.  At Bespoke Home Care you are an Independence Support Worker with full company support and we want you to feel that pride in your work.
