Bespoke Home Care is a family company run with years of experience in the care sector. All management and field care supervisors have hands-on experience and involvement in ensuring the company meets its exceptional high standards in providing outstanding quality and personalised care..

Established as a company since June 2011 we have grown in stature by never putting profit before care.  During this period,  we have worked closely with West Sussex County Council on their framework.

In 2015 the numbers of providers on the West Sussex Framework were reviewed and streamlined from 122 to just 27. 

Due to the quality of specialist service and impact of our provision, Bespoke Home Care were selected as one of the providers within the local authority.

Bespoke Home Care were one of the chosen 27 .

Built through personal experience, the owner has also worked with social services from Westminster, Herts and Birmingham using this valuable insight to ensure the care and the dignity of the individual and their families are our priority. The company director, Mr Philip Byrne, has brought his decades of experience working within the social services sector in Westminster, Hertsfordshire and Birmingham, to ensure the care and the dignity of the individual and their families are our priority

Registered with the Care Quality Commission, Bespoke Home Care Ltd operate in full compliance with the requirements of the Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations, providing home care for people in West Sussex.
 
All our staff have completed an enhanced DBS check and undergo full up to date specialist training.
